SAP — from ECC to S/4HANA, without the drama.

The clock on ECC is real: mainstream maintenance ends in 2027. We plan and deliver your move to SAP S/4HANA — greenfield, brownfield or bluefield, on-premise or RISE with SAP — with the process discipline that keeps your team focused on the business.

What we deliver

SAP, from ECC to S/4HANA and beyond

S/4HANA is SAP's current-generation ERP, built on the HANA in-memory database — a simplified data model, real-time processing, the Fiori experience, and embedded analytics and AI. We plan and deliver your move to it, then keep it running.

S/4HANA implementation

Greenfield S/4HANA builds — on-premise, private or public cloud — configured to your operating model across finance, supply chain and operations.

RISE with SAP

Your route to S/4HANA in the cloud: a single subscription bundling S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition with infrastructure, tools and services. We advise, plan and deliver the transition.

ECC → S/4HANA conversion

Not a version upgrade — a transformation. We handle the HANA database migration, custom-code adaptation and process re-engineering as one planned programme.

SAP integration

Connect SAP to your storefront, payment gateways, CRM and warehouses so orders, inventory and financials move without manual re-keying.

Custom development & BTP

ABAP and SAP BTP extensions that add exactly what you need — following a clean-core approach that protects your upgrade path.

Managed support & AMS

SLA-backed support, monitoring and enhancements across ECC and S/4HANA — including support during a live migration.

The ECC clock

ECC support is ending — and the dates aren't moving

SAP has confirmed the timeline repeatedly. Waiting doesn't only add risk; it shrinks the pool of experienced S/4HANA consultants right when you'll need them most. The strategic path is S/4HANA — extended maintenance and third-party support are bridges, not destinations.

Dec 31, 2027

Mainstream maintenance for ECC 6.0 (EHP 6–8) ends. This is the deadline for the majority of SAP customers.

Dec 31, 2030

Optional extended maintenance ends — available at a premium (about two extra points), and only for EHP 6–8. A bridge, not a strategy.

After that

Systems fall into customer-specific maintenance: no new security patches and no new legal or regulatory updates. (EHP 0–5 already left mainstream at end of 2025.)

Meanwhile SAP has committed to maintaining S/4HANA through at least 2040 — so a move now is a move onto a platform with a long runway. Typical S/4HANA transitions take 12–24 months, which is exactly why starting now matters.

Migration approaches

Greenfield, brownfield or bluefield

There's no single right path — it depends on your data quality, custom code and appetite for change. We assess, recommend and then deliver.

Greenfield

A fresh S/4HANA implementation. Re-engineer processes on best practice and start clean — best when your current system carries years of complexity you'd rather leave behind.

Brownfield

A technical system conversion. Keep your processes, data and history and move them onto S/4HANA — the faster route when your current setup still serves you well.

Bluefield / selective

A hybrid: convert the core but selectively re-engineer and bring only the data and processes worth keeping. The pragmatic middle path for complex landscapes.

SAP heritage

SAP expertise since R/3 3.1H

Our team has worked with SAP since the R/3 3.1H era — through R/3, ECC and now S/4HANA. Across those generations we have delivered and managed multiple full-cycle implementations, upgrades and support engagements, so we bring hard-won process knowledge, not first-time guesswork, to your programme.

Across every SAP generation

Hands-on from R/3 3.1H through ECC to S/4HANA — we have lived the platform's evolution, not just read about it.

Multiple full-cycle deliveries

Several end-to-end implementations, conversions and upgrades delivered — plus the managed support that keeps them running afterwards.

Deep functional & technical bench

Configuration and process expertise across the core modules, backed by ABAP, HANA and integration engineering under one roof.

Vision & strategy

Transformation led by business value, not technology

SAP is a means, not the goal. We start from your business outcomes — margin, speed, control, compliance — and shape the SAP roadmap to serve them. That means a clean-core approach that protects your upgrade path, standard best-practice processes where they fit, and targeted extensions only where they create real advantage.

How we frame every SAP programme

  • Start with the business case — value, not a big-bang go-live you cross your fingers for.
  • Fit-to-standard — adopt SAP best practice where it works; customise only where it pays.
  • Clean core — keep extensions on BTP so upgrades stay simple and cheap.
  • Data as an asset — cleanse and govern master data as part of the move, not after.
  • Change that sticks — process ownership and adoption built into delivery.

Enabling more from SAP

Getting more value from your SAP investment

Beyond the core, we help customers put the wider SAP platform to work — extending, modernising and automating with the tools SAP already gives you, following a clean-core approach that protects your upgrade path.

SAP BTP

The Business Technology Platform for clean-core extensions, integration, data and app development — so custom needs live outside the core and upgrades stay simple.

Industry scenarios

SAP configured for your industry

SAP delivers most value when it fits how your industry actually runs. We bring preconfigured, industry-aligned SAP S/4HANA processes and best practices for the sectors we know best — so you get faster time-to-value and fewer surprises.

Manufacturing

Discrete and process manufacturing on SAP S/4HANA — production planning, MRP, make-to-stock, make-to-order and hybrid models, costing and shop-floor execution.

Automotive & Aftermarket

Complex parts catalogs, fitment-driven demand, multi-plant supply chains and distributor networks — SAP tuned for automotive and aftermarket operations.

Life Sciences

Validated, compliance-minded SAP for regulated environments — traceability, quality management (QM) and audit-ready processes for pharma and medical devices.

Retail & Consumer

Order-to-cash, omnichannel inventory and demand planning for retail and consumer goods — SAP connected to commerce and distribution.

Built for how you produce

Within manufacturing we configure the right production strategy for each product line — make-to-stock (MTS) for standard high-volume goods, make-to-order (MTO) for configurable or bespoke products, and hybrid / engineer-to-order where you combine both. Getting this right in SAP is what makes your inventory, lead-time promises, costing and margins accurate.

FAQ

SAP migration questions

When does SAP ECC support actually end?
Mainstream maintenance for ECC 6.0 (EHP 6–8) ends 31 December 2027. SAP offers optional extended maintenance at a premium until the end of 2030. After that, systems move to customer-specific maintenance — no new security patches and no new legal or regulatory updates. Earlier packages (EHP 0–5) already left mainstream maintenance at the end of 2025.
Is upgrading to S/4HANA really a must?
For most organisations, yes. You can pay for extended maintenance to 2030 or use third-party support, but those are bridges — no innovation, narrowing scope and rising cost. S/4HANA is the destination, and starting early matters because consultant capacity tightens sharply as 2027 approaches.
What's the difference between greenfield, brownfield and bluefield?
Greenfield is a fresh implementation on best-practice processes. Brownfield is a technical conversion that keeps your processes, data and history. Bluefield (selective) is a hybrid — convert the core but re-engineer and migrate only what's worth keeping. We assess your landscape and recommend.
What is RISE with SAP?
RISE with SAP is a single cloud subscription that bundles S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition with infrastructure, tools and transformation services — SAP's packaged route to S/4HANA in the cloud. We help you decide whether it fits and then deliver the move.
How long does an S/4HANA migration take?
Typically 12–24 months depending on scope, data and approach. That timeline is exactly why planning now is important if you want to be safely off ECC before the 2027 deadline.
